With FALL approaching
▶️ Keep your lawn mowed regularly
▶️ Bring your trash & recycling containers in by the end of each pickup day
▶️ Clean up any trash from your property and the Common area near your house
▶️ Pay any outstanding Community Dues
▶️ Register your Pet
▶️ Submit all proposed exterior changes to your home & property PRIOR to beginning any work!
▶️ Visitors? Or you have 2 or more vehicles in front of your house?
**NO DOUBLE PARKING**
*Ask your neighbors if you can use an empty spot in front of their house.

is looking for Homeowner Volunteers to assist the Board of Directors.
Don, the HMCA Secretary, is gearing back from his duties on the Board.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF IT!
CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING SOME OF YOUR TIME TO HELP MAINTAIN OUR BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY!
Volunteers are needed to participate on the Board
and to manage the operations of the Association.
With enough homeowner participation, we can avoid increases to our annual dues
by eliminating the need to hire a management company.
