You must request and receive prior written approval from the Hunt Meadow Community Architectural Committee for all Solar Panel installations. Your written request should include the type of solar panels, location of the solar panels and a drawing of the proposed installation on the dwelling.
1) All panels, hardware, conduits, etc. SHALL BE BLACK IN COLOR.
2) Panels and hardware CANNOT PROTRUDE GREATER THAN 8 INCHES

a THREE FOOT UNOBSTRUCTED AREA
