This Division is made up of three groups with specific duties.
Over the past 35+ years, homeowners have made every effort to respect their neighbors and allow them (2) parking spaces in front of their homes. In cases, where there are not (2) spaces immediately in front of a home, neighbors have worked together to allow each other spaces as close to their homes as possible.
Talk with your neighbors about parking vehicles closer together and the use of empty spaces.
If you have more than (2) vehicles or a large pickup truck, consider parking those vehicles along Scott Adam Road.
CLEAR THE SPACES YOU PARK IN
CLEAR THE EXTRA SPACES near your home to provide additional space for visitors.
Do not shovel snow into the streets.
Don't park in parking pad areas that you didn't help to clear, before asking your neighbor.
The parking of commercial vehicles, the storage of unused vehicles, campers, trailers, boats, etc., and the parking of vehicles with expired tags or without tags,
Commercial vehicles & tagged vehicles can be parked along Scott Adam Road.
Consider renting a storage unit for all others.
